A year later, W-B native returns to marathon

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Whether you have a craft you would like to sell, or just household items from your &#8220;spring&#8221; cleaning, The Hoyt Library invites you to participate in the library&#8217;s Fall Festival. The Festival will take place 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 3 on the library grounds.</p><p>Each vendor space will rent for $20, and vendors may rent more than one space, if desired. Refunds will not be given to no-shows, or those cancelling. All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, etc., and removing all unsold items from the Hoyt Library Grounds.</p><p>The entrance will open at 8 AM, the day of the Festival. Vendors will not be permitted to set up prior to this time. All vendors must submit a Hoyt Library Fall Festival Vendor Registration Form, which may be obtained at the Library.</p><p>The Library will not be responsible for damage due to breakage, fire, accidents, injuries or theft. In addition, the Library reserves the right to request removal of unacceptable items. These items include weapons, firearms, pornographic materials, or other items that are not suitable for a public event as deemed by the Library. Non-compliance will result in being asked to leave Library Grounds.</p><p>In addition, we will happily accept the following materials for the Fall Festival: clean and gently used purses, clothes, shoes, accessories, and in working order: household items and toys.</p><p>The Hoyt Library will not accept the following materials: books, magazines, newspapers, broken items, or electronics. Any items that are dirty, dated, yellowed, damaged, or musty, will not be accepted.</p><p>An appointment must be made in order to bring donations to the Library. A signed donation policy that includes the donor&#8217;s name, address, and phone number will need to accompany any donation. The donor will be contacted if items are not acceptable so items can be returned to you. Under no circumstances can items be left on Library grounds. No exceptions will be made to this policy.</p><p>The Hoyt Library is grateful and appreciative of the many donations to us. Contributions and donations are very important to the future and well-being of not only The Hoyt Library but also the community as a whole. Donations help ensure that educational programs; the Library collection of books; research and archival materials; current event information; programs for children, adults and teens; workshops, and technological advances , continue to expand the capabilities of the Library for past, present and future patrons in our community.</p><style>
