First Posted: 9/25/2014 The 22nd annual Lackawanna County fishing derby will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 at Merli-Sarnoski Park, Carbondale. The event is limited to the first 250 children, ages 4-12, and there is a $5 registration cost.
