Pittston buys cruiser with help from federal grant

First Posted: 2/16/2013 PPL recently made a $1,500 contribution to Concerned Parents of the Hazleton Area, a nonprofit advocacy group that works to increase educational access and inclusiveness for students and families in the Hazleton area for whom language is a barrier. This is the fourth consecutive year that PPL has donated to the group. At the Concerned Parents office, seated, is Niurka de la Rosa, founding member, Concerned Parents.
