First Posted: 7/22/2013 The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a &#8220;Good Works&#8221; certificate to members of the St. Joseph&#8217;s Center Auxiliary in recognition of the organization&#8217;s outstanding care for the needs of children with various challenges, unwed mothers and youngsters who need specialized therapy. The Auxiliary is celebrating 125 years of service with a variety of special events and activities scheduled throughout the year, most notably the annual Summer Festival which is scheduled for July 26 &#8211; 28 on the campus of Marywood University.
