Radford brings Nashville to NEPA

First Posted: 9/16/2013 In honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, Lackawanna College will be hosting a volleyball match called Dig Pink. Dig Pink is presented by the Side-Out Organization that raises community awareness for breast cancer. A dig is when you&#8217;re opponent spikes or kills the ball and your team is able to pass, or dig, the ball to make a play. Lackawanna College&#8217;s Dig Pink match will be held on Oct. 7 versus Delaware County Community College.
Lackawanna College&#8217;s volleyball team requests those in attendance for the match wear pink . The volleyball team will be collecting donations in front of the theatre the week of the match. They are also selling pink Lackawanna College T-shirts to help raise money for Susan G. Komen Foundation of Northeast PA.
