On the Books: “The Invasion of the Tearling” combines future and past for a fun fantasy read

<p>Whether you&#8217;re heading to church or out for breakfast, traffic should do little to slow down plan this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Routes 315 and 115 are also free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is not reporting any congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown is generally quiet this morning aside from some minor congestion on Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards.</p><p>In Kingston, some minor congestion could be encountered on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
