Police investigate tire slashing spree in Hazle Township

<p>Eighteenth century craftsmen and artisans will come to life from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, at the historic Nathan Denison house in Forty Fort. The Denison Colonial Harvest Festival will feature crafters, textile spinning, cross-cut saw demonstrations, 18th century weapons, quill pen and ink, wood carving, wheat weaving and much more. Children are invited to make 18th century toys and other crafts. There will be blacksmithing and gun-firing demonstrations, an 18th century bookbinder and paper maker will demonstrate Turkish marbling of paper, and household garden materials will be demonstrated in the 1790 kitchen. Great food will also be available. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children over age 5. At the 2014 festival colonial papermaker, Don Rash, center, exhibits marbleized paper.</p><style>
