<p>HAZLETON &#8212; City police arrested Visneydy Dejesus Martinez, 21, of Hazleton, on drug trafficking offenses on Thursday.</p><p>Martinez was charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000.</p><p>Martinez was free on $75,000 bail he posted Jan. 31 on charges he assaulted three city police officers and attempted to disarm a police officer during a melee at West Second Street and Emerald Court, Hazleton, on Jan. 25, according to court</p><style>
