Ice pans placed under food to maintain adequate temperatures. Employee stated that foods maintain temperature and ice is changed frequently. Loose/broken gaskets observed on one of three chest freezers in the basement. Broken and missing tiles exposing wooden sub floor does not provide a smooth easily cleanable surface in kitchen and walk-in cooler areas. End caps missing from four lights above the floor mixer and prep table. Cove molding missing along the floor-wall junction at the end of the cook line by the two-door refrigerator. Construction materials, miscellaneous items, etc. to be removed from the facility.
