Septuagenarian pope’s appeal to teens on display at Holy Redeemer High School

<p>The third annual National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children was held on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the memorial site of the Tomb of the Unborn located at Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Carverton Road. The prayer service began with a prayer written by Fr. Frank Pavone, followed by praying five decades of the rosary for all aborted babies. The Tomb of the Unborn was erected in 1996 by the Wyoming Valley Knights of Columbus. At the memorial, from left, first row, are: Carmen Steve and Donna Magni.
