The Commonwealth Medical College will host a medical and legal event on child abuse

Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre will be hosting Bark For Life of Wyoming Valley from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24. Registration and check in time starts at 9 a.m.All dogs and their owners are welcome to attend. Dogs must be current on all shots and must be leashed at all times. This event raises funds to support the mission of The American Cancer Society. The money raised through Bark For Life benefits cancer research and other ACS programs, such as Road To Recovery and Hope Lodge.The event will have a pet luminaria to honor and remember pets who&#8217;ve battled cancer. There will also be dog demonstrations, basket raffles, food, music, a costume contest, and more!!The advance registration fee is $10 for the first dog and $5 for each additional dog. Event day fees are $15 for the first dog and $5 for each additional dog.
