WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man from Wilkes-Barre who admitted to investigators he viewed nude images of babies and children pleaded guilty Friday in Luzerne County Court.Curtis Lee Baker Jr., 31, last known address as South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, pleaded guilty to 76 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of dissemination of children engaged in sex acts.Prosecutors withdrew a single count of criminal use of communication facility against Baker.Judge David Lupas said Baker will be sentenced June 12.According to the criminal complaint:Detectives from Luzerne and Lackawanna counties, state police Northeast Computer Crime Unit and Wilkes-Barre police served a search warrant at 170 S. Wilkes-Barre Blvd. on Oct. 1 after receiving information that a computer inside the residence was being used to download child pornography.Baker was not at the residence when the search warrant was served.A woman in the residence called Baker to alert him authorities were investigating images of children engaged in sex acts on his computer.Upon receiving the phone call, Baker deleted the browsing history on his cell phone, the complaint says.Baker admitted to authorities that he used a specific website to download child pornography including babies through pre-teens, according to the complaint.
