Something to crow about

<p>St. Nicholas High School Class of 1959 recently held its annual summer picnic reunion at the home of Vicki and Jack Staub in Lehman Township. Class members attended a Mass on Sunday, celebrated by classmate Monsignor Joe Rauscher, pastor of St. Nicholas Church, Wilkes-Barre. A Dutch-treat breakfast followed the Mass. The Class of 1959 was one of the smallest graduating classes, graduating 36 students. Seven class members are deceased. At the reunion, from left, first row, are: Regina Marcavage Konnick, Elizabeth Walters Peters, Theresa Pecaitis Harbold, Mary Oakley Homan, Irene Gross Stilp and Mary Ann Baker Eastwood.
