<p>Ross Bethune and Kate Juskiewicz, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.</p><p>Ms. Juskiewicz is a double graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she received her Bachelors of Nursing degree in 2011 and her Masters in Nursing with a concentration of family nurse practitioner in 2015. She is also a 2007 graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre. She is currently a nurse practitioner for a spine and pain clinic in Arlington, Virginia.</p><p>The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Flagler College, St. Augustine, Florida, with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration and a 2010 graduate of Webster University earning his Masters of Arts degree in international relations. Bethune also earned a second Masters of Arts degree from American Public University in National Security. He currently works at the U.S. Department of State, bureau of diplomatic security.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bernie and Joanne Juskiewicz, Plains. She is the granddaughter of Helen and the late Anthony Juskiewicz and the late Susan and John Stepanski.</p><p>The prospective groom is the son of John and Suzanne Bethune from DeLand, Florida. He is the grandson of Jean and Richard Heard who also reside in DeLand and Nancy Bethune and the late Ralston Bethune of Auckland, New Zealand.</p><p>The couple was engaged in Auckland, New Zealand, in July 2015. A November 2015 wedding is planned in Washington, DC.</p><style>
