PRINGLE &#8212; The Pringle Crime Watch announced that it will be having a meeting next week, and that officials will be talking to residents about synthetic marijuana, otherwise known as spice.The meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Pringle Municipal building at 89 Evans St. Luzerne County District Attorney Stephanie Salavantis and Det.
