WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Hazleton man has admitted to taking a police officer&#8217;s Taser during a struggle after a street fight.Visneydy Dejesus Martinez, 21, pleaded guilty Monday in Luzerne County Court to one count of disarming a law enforcement officer, two counts of simple assault and one count of resisting arrest, according to court papers.Judge Michael T. Vough revoked Martinez&#8217;s bail and ordered him remanded to prison, court documents indicate. Martinez is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 2.According to a criminal complaint, Martinez at about 2 a.m. Jan. 25 was one of two men restraining a screaming woman attempting to approach Hazleton police officers who were detaining a man for fighting in the street.The woman allegedly reached over Martinez and struck an officer, ordering the three to back away, police say, at which point the officer immediately attempted to take the woman into custody.Martinez told the officer, &#8220;Yo, she&#8217;s only a girl; let her go,&#8221; the complaint says, and grabbed the officer&#8217;s wrists and pushed him.
