Wilkes-Barre police investigating retail theft at Boscov’s

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Township police arrested Jennifer Bell, 39, of Scranton, after she allegedly stole $323 of meat, diapers, health and beauty items from Wegmans Market, Highland Park Boulevard, on Thursday. Police allege Bell was found with three syringes and empty heroin packets.</p><p>Bell was charged with possessing instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft. She was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $7,500 bail.</p><style>
