Jessup man charged after Rite Aid theft

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police have charged Eric Parsons of Shickshinny with possession of a controlled substance.</p><p>The arresting officer reported the 26-year-old was unresponsive in McDonald&#8217;s on East Northampton Street on Tuesday and was found to be in possession of heroin and a hypodermic needle.</p><style>
