WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police reported three driving under the influence arrests Friday and Saturday:&#8226; Tracie Belles, 41, Regent Street, Wilkes-Barre was involved in a hit-and-run crash shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday at Hazle Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue. She was later located and showed signs of intoxication. A portable breath test registered positive for alcohol and she was taken to the Luzerne County DUI Center and given a legal breath test. Charges of DUI and accidents to attended vehicle were filed with a district judge. Belles was booked and released to a responsible adult.&#8226; Jamal Ford. also known as Jamal Clay, 39, of Pacific Avenue, Pittston was stopped on Carey Avenue at 11:40 p.m Friday and showed signs of intoxication to the degree that he could not safely drive. He was arrested and taken to the county DUI Center where he threatened and went after an officer. Police subdued Ford after a struggle but he refused to submit to a legal breath test. He was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and driving without a license. A records&#8217; check showed Ford was under the supervision of the county Probation/Parole departments and a detainer was placed on him.&#8226; Kyon McDonald, 31, of Maffet Street, Wilkes-Barre was stopped for a traffic violation at 1:45 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Academy and South River streets and was highly intoxicated. He was arrested and taken to the county DUI Center where he refused to take a legal blood test. He was charged with DUI, driving while suspended and failure to stop at a red light.
