PRINGLE &#8212; The Pringle Crime Watch will be have a meeting on Thursday where officials will talk to residents about synthetic marijuana, otherwise known as spice.The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Pringle Municipal building at 89 Evans St. Luzerne County District Attorney Stephanie Salavantis and Det.
