<p>WYOMING &#8212; A 19-year-old man was arraigned Monday on charges he assaulted his mother.</p><p>Dominic Joseph Divecchia, of Wyoming Avenue, was arraigned by District Judge Donald Whittaker in Nanticoke on charges of simple assault and harassment.
