<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police reported at about 6:30 p.m. on Saturday they discovered Joseph Kus, 30, Ashley, to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at the Sherman Hill complex.</p><p>Police said Kus was processed, charged and released.</p><style>
