Two cited with harassment after argument over Jeep keys became physical

<p>The General Federation of Women&#8217;s Clubs (GFWC) Northeastern presented a check to the Friends of the Hoyt Library. The money was raised at the flea market conducted during the annual Friends book sale at the library. GFWC Northeastern is an organization working to advance the welfare of the community and develop the educational, civil and social interest of its members.
