The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church’s Greek Food Festival is selling all types of goodies

<p>EVANS CITY &#8212; A rural western Pennsylvania borough is celebrating its role in the cult zombie flick &#8220;Night of the Living Dead.&#8221;</p><p>Officials in Evans City will place a historical marker commemorating the filming of the 1968 George Romero-directed gore-fest on Friday at the borough library.</p><p>The event kicks off the borough&#8217;s HalloWeekends, which feature Halloween-themed events throughout October.</p><p>The movie, dismissed as far too gory by critics when it was released, is now considered a classic and has spawned several sequels and countless imitations.</p><p>Evans City is about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh.</p><style>
