<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Same reason, another continuance.</p><p>A sentencing hearing scheduled this morning for Amanda Magda Plisko, 30, former assistant manager at the Wilkes-Barre City Employee Federal Credit Union, was continued.</p><p>U.S. District Court Judge A. Richard Caputo granted a request by federal prosecutors filed Monday to continue Magda&#8217;s sentencing hearing, claiming essential terms of the plea agreement have not been completed and additional time is needed.</p><p>Plisko, whose maiden name appears on court documents, pleaded guilty July 13 to bank fraud for witnessing a loan document she knew contained a forged signature, according to federal court records.</p><p>The loan obtained by former city police officer Tino Ninotti, 35, on March 23, 2012, had his brother&#8217;s signature, Dino Ninotti; however, Dino Ninotti never signed the document as he was in Afghanistan at the time, U.S. Assistant Attorney Michelle Olshefski said at the July 13 hearing.</p><p>Olshefski said the $25,086 loan was for a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup truck former Wilkes-Barre city towing contractor, Leo Glodzik III, 43, was selling to Tino Ninotti.</p><p>Olshefski noted the truck was never going to be sold to Tino Ninotti as the truck was used as collateral for the loan.</p><p>Plisko, Ninotti, Glodzik, former city police officer Jason Anthony, 35, and Jeffrey Serafin, 36, were separately indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2014. A superseding indictment was filed against Plisko and Glodzik in April charging them with more bank fraud charges.</p><p>Glodzik was further charged with possessing three firearms by a convicted felon.</p><p>A theft conviction by a Luzerne County jury in May 2014 prohibits Glodzik from owning, carrying and possessing firearms.</p><p>Anthony and Serafin were charged with signing women&#8217;s names when they refinanced loans at the credit union, federal court records say</p><p>Ninotti, Anthony and Serafin pleaded guilty earlier this year to conspiring to commit bank fraud. Serafin was sentenced May 5 to time served in custody and three years of supervised release.</p><p>Sentencing hearings for Tino Ninotti and Anthony have been continued twice on a request by federal prosecutors indicating the same reason as Magda that essential terms of their plea agreements have not been completed.</p><p>According to the plea agreements, Ninotti and Anthony are required to cooperate with federal prosecutors. They are scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 26.</p><p>Glodzik&#8217;s trial has also been continued several times as a possible plea deal is in the works. His trial is scheduled to begin with jury selection Nov. 9.</p><p>Magda&#8217;s sentencing hearing was rescheduled for Nov. 12.</p><style>
