Seasonal temperatures and a bit of rain predicted for the remainder of the week

<p>Morning commuters can expect mostly free flowing traffic this morning with some areas of moderate congestion as they make their way to school and work.</p><p>Interstate 81 is free of congestion.</p><p>Some areas of the North Cross Valley and areas of Interstate 476 are experiencing moderate congestion.</p><p>Downtown Wilkes-Barre has some spots of minor congestion.</p><p>Parts of Wyoming Avenue in Kingston are also seeing some minor congestion.</p><p>For more up-to-date traffic information, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
