PPL Electric Utilities and theater group team up to teach Heights-Murray Elementary students about electrical safety

<p>The Foster Grandparent Program of Luzerne and Wyoming Counties (FGP) recently honored 12 foster grandparents for five years of service. FGP is holding a pre-service orientation in Hazleton the week of Oct. 19 and in Wilkes-Barre the week of Oct. 26.
