<p>The St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen in Wilkes-Barre held its annual Volunteer Reception to honor and thank those that volunteer at the kitchen throughout the year. The kitchen, a program of Catholic Social Services, also named Stephen and Patricia Konopke of Luzerne as its 2015 &#8220;Volunteers of The Year.&#8221; For information about volunteer opportunities or donation needs for the kitchen, food pantry and clothing outlet, call 570-829-7796.
