LEMON TWP. &#8212; A man who retreated into a wooded area with a rifle and engaged police in a standoff Tuesday night later surrendered without incident, police said.State Troopers at Tunkhannock reported they responded to a domestic incident in Lemon Township Tuesday evening. Prior to their arrival, the 42-year-old man ran from a residence and into the woods armed with a rifle.He was taken into custody without incident, police said.
