<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Jeremy R. Mulroy, 27, of Davis Place, on charges he endangered a child while drunken driving on Wednesday.</p><p>Mulroy was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Halesey in Hanover Township on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license an failure to obey red traffic signal. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint:</p><p>Police stopped Mulroy when he was spotted failing to stop at a red traffic signal at Dana Street and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard just after 11:30 p.m.</p><p>A 4-year-old boy was in the rear seat not fastened in a child safety seat, the complaint says.</p><p>Police alleged in the complaint Mulroy had an odor of an alcoholic beverage and his eyes were bloodshot and glossy.</p><p>Mulroy submitted to a breath test with the result showing he had an alcohol level of .122 percent, the complaint says.</p><p>An adult driver in Pennsylvania is considered legally intoxicated with an alcohol level of .08 percent.</p><style>
