A fingerprint verification confirmed his identity as Cardenas with a warning that he was a dangerous Texas gang member, according to police.U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was made aware of the incident and will be contacting Cardenas, who is being jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
