WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre woman who was diagnosed with a rare mental health condition is missing.The missing woman &#8212; 44-year-old Kathleen Richie &#8212;was diagnosed with dissociative fugue, which causes her to regress to the mindset of a 6- to 10-year-old girl who does not know who she is or what is happening, her husband, Joe, told police.According to police:Richie reported his wife missing Saturday morning and described her condition, stating she is not a danger to police or others.He said his wife left their home shortly before 9 a.m. to report to her job at the American Legion on Lee Park Avenue. He received a call from her employer at 9:15 a.m. indicating she was not there. He retraced her route and did not find her and has not received a response on her cell phone.Kathleen Richie is around 6 feet and about 200 pounds with pink hair and was last seen wearing white shorts and a tan shirt. Her husband said she was driving their white 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan.
