The following are recent Luzerne County restaurant inspection reports from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. PIC moved products off the floor at time of inspection. Cappuccino dispenser nozzle, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. PIC will not use machine until nozzles can be cleaned and sanitized. Observed no chemical sanitizer being used on equipment and utensils after washing and rinsing them, and prior to use. Facility uses single-use paper items for customers. Sanitizer was provided at time of inspection. Observed box of paper plates in counter area directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor. PIC moved box off floor at time of inspection. Observed coffee filters stored alongside hand-wash sink in front counter area where they are subject to splash.
