Police investigating burglary in Hanover Township

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police said disorderly conduct charges were filed against three city residents for their actions while emergency workers were responding to an unresponsive person on Sambourne Street around 8:30 p.m. Saturday: Reginald L. Redfearn, 34; Larissa Perry, 23; and Gregory Knoble, 32.</p><p>According to police:</p><p>Redfearn repeatedly tried to interfere and refused to comply with officers&#8217; orders to move away while emergency workers were tending to an unresponsive person. He resisted when police tried to take him into custody, prompting officers to deploy repeated Taser applications.</p><p>Shortly after his arrest, Knoble became involved and threatened to assault officers who arrested Redfearn, police said.</p><p>Perry was disruptive and refused to disperse during the entire incident, police said.</p><style>
