Report: Luzerne County has 21 ‘poor performing’ schools shortchanged by state

<p>NESCOPECK&#8212;Briggs Farm has announced that the 19th Annual Briggs Farm Blues Festival will add a third day of music to the traditionally two-day event.</p><p>The 2016 iteration of the Briggs Farm Blues Festival will begin on Friday, July 8 and last until Sunday, July 10. The gospel-focused Sunday lineup will be headlined by Alexis P. Suter &amp; the Ministers of Sound.</p><p>Briggs Farm Blues Festival also announced they will offer an early arrival camping option that will give campers access to the grounds on the night of July 7.</p><p>Tickets to the festival go on sale Oct. 15.
