Moderate temperatures and conditions greet area residents mid-week

<p>Free flowing traffic will greet commuters this morning as they make their way to school and work.</p><p>Interstates 81 and 476 are congestion free. Highway 309 is mostly free flowing with areas of congestion near entrance/exit areas.</p><p>Downtown Wilkes-Barre is congestion free with the exception of a small area on North Main Street.</p><p>Route 11 in Forty Fort, Kingston and Plymouth has some small areas of minor congestion.</p><p>Residents can enjoy their early morning commute!</p><p>For more up-to-date traffic information, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
