Man allegedly violated PFA order when sister made contact with Wilkes-Barre woman

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Joseph Thompson, 47, of Nanticoke, was charged with harassment after a 30-year-old Nanticoke woman told police at about 6:19 p.m. Monday that she was confronted by Thompson at Scott and Mundy streets and an argument ensued. During the argument, Thompson allegedly spat in the woman&#8217;s face, police said.</p><p>No injuries were reported. A non-traffic citation was filed against Thompson in District Court, police said.</p><style>
