<p>LOWER BURRELL &#8212; Police have arrested a western Pennsylvania man who they say planned to shoot his former boss.</p><p>Fifty-seven-year-old Anthony Heasley is charged with attempted homicide, having an instrument of crime, terroristic threats and other offenses.</p><p>Police say Heasley was arrested around 3 p.m. Tuesday in Lower Burrell.</p><p>A rifle, which wasn&#8217;t loaded, and ammunition was found in Heasley&#8217;s vehicle along with prescription pain killers, antidepressants and beer.</p><p>Family members told police Heasley wanted to kill his former boss at Leed&#8217;s, a promotional supplies company in Westmoreland County.</p><p>Heasley resigned from Leed&#8217;s on Oct. 2.</p><p>A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 20.</p><p>It is not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charges.</p><style>
