NEPA’s economy improving slowly, Fed analyst says

<p>GREAT BEND TWP. &#8212; State police are seeking information on a suspect in a robbery at NBT Bank at Route 11 Mountain View Plaza in Great Bend Township, Susquehanna County on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.</p><p>The suspect is described as a white male, 6&#8217;-6&#8217;2&#8221; tall with a stalky build and scruffy facial hair. At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a black baseball cap, black sweatshirt, black pants, and gloves. The suspect was seen leaving the scene in a white four door vehicle bearing unknown New York registration.</p><p>NBT Bancorp Inc, the parent company of NBT Bank, has offered a reward for information in the crime. A news release states a reward of up to $10,000 is offered for &#8220;original information leading to the apprehension, arrest and conviction of any individual or individuals responsible for committing this robbery. To provide information, please call 607-226-0509. All information will be kept confidential.&#8221;</p><style>
