NEPA state lawmakers talk budget, share breakfast with Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber

<p>The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance named Mohegan Sun Pocono the winner of the 2015 NEPA Alliance Regional Leadership Award at its annual dinner on Thursday, Oct. 1. Mohegan Sun Pocono president, Mike Bean, was on hand to accept the award. More than 300 local business and community leaders were in attendance.</p><p>Jeffrey Box, president and CEO of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance stated in a press release: &#8220;The NEPA Alliance Regional Leadership Award is presented annually to an agency, group or individual demonstrating a significant contribution to regional growth, development or cooperation within the seven county NEPA region.&#8221; Mr. Box noted that the award began in 2003.</p><p>Mohegan Sun Pocono says they&#8217;re proud to be part of the Northeastern PA region, and they&#8217;re honored to have been selected as winner of the award.</p><style>
