Specter of school shutdown haunts Pennsylvania budget fight

<p>Area men gathered the fourth weekend in July for their annual catholic weekend retreat at St. Joseph&#8217;s In the Hills retreat house in Malvern, Pennsylvania. During the retreat of 250 men, retreat participants from the Hazleton and Wilkes-Barre area were awarded certificates for attending a certain amount of years consecutively.
