<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officers responded to a disturbance at 3:30 a.m. at East Northampton Street and Wilkes-Barre Blvd. and found the suspect, 21-year-old Maleisha Joyce, was in a physical altercation with the victim.</p><p>The suspect was disorderly and intoxicated when encountered by officers and a check of the suspect resulted in the her being wanted on another matter.</p><p>Joyce was arrested and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on said warrant and charges listed have been filed accordingly.</p><style>
