Wilkes observes alcohol awareness week

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Sometime overnight on Monday, Wilkes-Barre Department of Public Work officials reported vandalism in the restrooms at Coal Street Park.</p><p>Employees told police that someone shattered the mirrors in both the male and female public restrooms.</p><style>
