Four Luzerne County professionals, businesses receive disciplinary action from Department of State

<p>Junior Achievement of Northeastern PA, Inc. (JANEPA) has appointed three new members to its regional board of directors; Christie Bonnice, Noelle Krempasky and Jim Roberts. Bonnice, a native of West Wyoming, is owner of Christie Bonnice State Farm in Wilkes-Barre and a graduate of King&#8217;s College, Wilkes-Barre, and McGowan Scholar with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration. She graduated from the 10-month Leadership Wilkes-Barre leadership development program in 2010. Krempasky is a Cum Laude graduate of Cedar Crest College, Allentown, where she earned her degree in communications and public relations. She is currently director of agency operations at BlackOut Design, a full service marketing agency in Scranton and is also the owner of Fete Events, a boutique wedding and event planning firm. She is a graduate of Leadership Lackawanna 2011. Roberts is director of marketing communications at Misericordia University in Dallas. He is an honors graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in mass communications. He has a combined 25 years of progressive experience in marketing and public relations in the insurance, health care and higher education industries. Roberts is a 1999 graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre.</p><style>
