<p>SCRANTON &#8212; A Dupont man died Wednesday morning in a fatal vehicle crash on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.</p><p>Lackawanna County Coroner Timothy Rowland said that David Mikiewicz, 40, was fatally injured when his vehicle struck the rear of a tractor trailer in the southbound lane of Interstate 81 at 4:30 a.m.</p><p>Mikiewicz was transported to Geisinger Community Medical Center, where he later died as a result of blunt force head trauma.</p><p>State police are investigating the crash.</p><style>
