<p>The Luzerne County Community College Diversity Council, Social Science/History Department, Student Life Office, and the NEPA Diversity Education Consortium are sponsoring an educational series on social justice and human rights at LCCC during the fall semester. A Constitution Day lecture was held at the college&#8217;s campus center rotunda and LCCC President Thomas P. Leary provided a presentation focusing on a social justice perspective of the Constitution.
