<p>Sunshine will stick around the Wyoming Valley until the midweek, when rain will move into the region.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 41 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with overcast skies kicking off the day.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 53. Mostly clear skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 33.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies will return on Tuesday, with a high near 54.</p><p>Clouds will move back into the region on Tuesday night, with a slight chance of showers late into the night. The low will be around 45.</p><p>Rain is expected on Wednesday, with a 100 percent of precipitation currently predicted. Winds could also gust to as high as 25 miles per hour.
