<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officers encountered the suspects, Miranda Welsh, 38, of Lock Haven and Tia Pardini, 24 of Edwardsville during a traffic stop on South River and Academy Streets and found Welsh to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Both suspects were listed as wanted out of different agencies.</p><p>Pardini was found to have on her person drug paraphernalia at headquarters and both suspects were processed and transferred to Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment on charges respectively.</p><div class="metaInfo"><bylineMeta><p>Times Leader</p></bylineMeta></div>
