<p>Luzerne County is seeking applicants for the operational services division head position recently vacated by the resignation of Tanis Manseau.</p><p>One of eight division head positions under home rule, the job is advertised at a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000.</p><p>This division head oversees construction and the engineering, road and bridge, recycling, recreation, emergency management, 911, security and building and grounds departments.</p><p>The first review of applicants is scheduled for Nov. 18.
