WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city contractor hired to perform fire and code inspections continues to do the work after filing for bankruptcy.Butch Frati, Wilkes-Barre&#8217;s director of operations, said there have been no problems with Northeast Inspection Consultants LLC of Childs.&#8220;We are still using them,&#8221; Frati said.&#8220;They do a good job,&#8221; Frati said.The city awarded the company a three-year contract in February to do third-party work. Under the terms of the contract, NEIC will receive 70 percent of the revenues collected.
